Al-Hilal Football Club of Saudi Arabia made the longest record in the history of football matches with 28 consecutive victories. And this record has been entered in the Guinness Book of World Records.
It is to be remembered that Al Hilal Football Club defeated Etihad Club by two goals to zero in the quarter-finals of the Asian Champions League.

Al Hilal Club have currently won their last nine Champions League matches and lead the Saudi Pro League with 12 points.

Al-Hilal Club President Fahad bin Nafal wrote on his X account that “Al-Hilal’s record has now been entered in the Guinness Book, the journey of success of Watan Aziz and Al-Hilal will continue”.
He added in his message, “Congratulations to our heroes and fans for this success.”

The previous world record for most wins was held by Welsh team The New Snets Club with 27 consecutive victories in the 2016/17 season.
