To end Google and OpenAI’s dominance in the field of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology, Meta introduced the Meta AI chatbot for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp in April 2024.

Now this AI chatbot is also being made part of the web version of WhatsApp.

Apart from knowing the answers to written questions, users will also be able to generate images from this AI chat.

For this, open the Meta AI chat and write Imagine and give instructions for the image in your mind.

All images will have a Meta AI watermark at the bottom left to prevent misuse.

In the web version of WhatsApp, MetaAI can be accessed by clicking on a purple circle on the left side.

Similarly, typing @ on any chat will bring up the Meta AI option.

Note that this AI chatbot is based on the company’s new Llama Model 3, which produces quality images as well as renders text much better.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, Meta’s chief executive, Meta’s new AI model is much better than other models and is equipped with better logic capabilities.

In this regard, Mark Zuckerberg said that ‘thanks to this new model, we believe that MetaAI is the most intelligent AI assistant available for free at the moment’.
